Fuelling Hope

For new clients seeking assistance from our Food Bank, the process is straightforward.

No referrals are necessary – just give us a call to schedule a brief 15-minute intake interview. Once the interview is completed, you'll receive approximately one week's worth of groceries to help meet your immediate needs.

However, for new food bank clients, we kindly ask that you provide provincial health cards for all household members as well as proof of address. Acceptable proof of address can include power bills, rent receipts, or leases. We want to ensure we can best assist you.

Besides the essential food support, our clients are welcome to access clothing and household items from our retail store at no cost with a voucher. Your well-being is important to us, and we're here to help in every way we can.
